The Alfa Moderno 1 Pizza (wood-fired version) brings authentic Neapolitan heat to small patios and balconies. Hand-built in Italy, it pairs a stainless vault with a refractory deck to deliver true wood-fire flavor in a compact footprint for weeknights or intimate gatherings.

Fast Heat, Authentic Results

Reaching up to 1000°F in about 30 minutes, this oven bakes a 12" Neapolitan pie in roughly 90 seconds. The 24" × 16" cooking floor stores and releases heat evenly, so your crust stays crisp and airy while toppings blister and caramelize just right.
